Unique and hard to find in Pacific Beach, this beach house is behind the front duplex; it sits on top of the 3-car garage, on level two. Very bright & sunny with no common walls. NEW kitchen, bathroom, plank wood floors, furniture. Private entrance, ceiling fans in each room, air conditioning in the living room, 2 car (tandem style for small cars) parking. Queen bed, big closet, blackout shades, dresser and ceiling fan in each bedroom. Bright and sunny and decorated for the beach. Fenced with locking gates. We pay basic utilities, you pay for SDGE (gas and electric). Coinless laundry with designated laundry time is shared with 2 other cottages; the laundry area is tucked into the back corner of your patio area. 3-month minimum. Three fully-furnished and sparking clean 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottages just 3 blocks to the bay, 4 blocks to the beach, and 2 blocks to dowtown Pacific Beach. Walk, run or bike to the beach boardwalk and all downtown PB restaurants, gyms, juice bars, shopping and entertainment. Gated entry with shared front yard, private back yard with BBQ, modern kitchen and bathroom, parking, shared laundry. 3-month minimum. Rent here and live the barefoot beach life! Great beach cottage!
I’m a traveling radiation therapist and have traveled for 12.5 years. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed! It is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! It is incredibly clean and comfortable... close to the ocean and bay. Both bedrooms have tons of closet space and a dresser in each. Even has chairs that can be taken to the beach.

Outstanding Experience!
Two years ago, we rented the cottage next door from this owner. In this home we had another GREAT experience – nice furniture, nice fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with plush towels, nice comfortable beds, nice enclosed backyard, nice beaches nearby and many nice, authentic California spots for a cold beer or margarita! In a word – NICE! Really enjoyed our stay here and want to return.

Beautiful little home!
I have lived in my beach home for 6 months. Kelly Ann has been an amazing, personable landlord during this time. I have never lived in a place that had such an accessible landlord who listens to and responds quickly to needs (not that we had many!). The place is up-to-date, clean, and spacious. I would love to stay longer!

Perfect San Diego Stay!
Stayed at the Beach Cottage for three months on a travel nurse assignment. The Beach Cottage was absolutely perfect for my roommate and I. The cottage is clean and supplied with everything you could need. The location is incomparable – so close to both the beach and the bay! Would definitely stay at the Beach Cottage again!

Beaching It!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place came stocked with all the things you might forget. I was here for 3 months as a travel nurse. We enjoyed all the amenities and the cleanliness of the cottage. It is very secure as well. The gas grill and the awesome private back yard was a major plus. Kelly Ann is great. She provides a property notebook explaining everything.

A Really Nice Cottage
Everything is supplied for entertaining or just having a great beach cottage experience by yourselves. Classy, fluffy towels in the bathroom and new luxurious bedding on the beds. At the beach we could sit and watch the waves and the people on the boardwalk. If we timed it right, we saw the most gorgeous sunsets imaginable.

Can’t Wait to Return!
We really enjoyed our vacation here. We loved walking to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We rented bikes and lived the California beach dream life. We discovered fun, beachfront cafes, enjoyed watching the waves, phenomenal sunsets and even saw dolphins one day! We enjoyed cooking in the updated granite kitchen that had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Everything you need!
The cottage was very clean and very well maintained with a cozy private back-yard. The cottage is located in a lively and attractive neighborhood and a 5 min walk from the beach. The host, KellyAnn is very nice and very accommodating.

Kelly Ann is a fabulous host. She was always accessible whenever we needed anything. The place is cozy, comfortable and adorable! Very clean and kept up very well. Great Beach Stay!
It has been an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely beach cottage! My friend and I are both traveling healthcare professionals and really lucked out when we met Kelly Ann. Beautiful Beach Rental!
Kelly Ann keeps this cottage in tip top shape and she is so quick to respond. The space is so open and airy you really are living the beach life. There’s always a good breeze and fans throughout so we don’t even miss the AC. Tons of extra storage in the garage. My roommate and I could not be happier with the time we’ve spent here.

We love Kelly Ann’s beach house! The place is incredibly clean and updated, with super cute decor! It is also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Came back again!
We stayed in this adorable beach cottage for 4 months last year, and we are here again. The location could not be better…beautiful Sail Bay is only 4 short blocks, and the Pacific Ocean is 4 blocks. The best part is the privacy, a rarity in this area. We have a front yard and an adorable back yard to enjoy a morning coffee.

Kelly Ann’s beach cottage was perfect for my roommate and I! It was incredibly clean and decorated cutely. She was super friendly on the phone. Beach cottage!
My husband and I rented this property from November to March and it was truly a delightful stay in this adorable beach cottage. One of the best amenities of the cottage is that it has a front yard, a rarity in PB, and a darling private back yard, both enclosed with locked privacy fences. The result is that we couldn’t have been happier.

Great Location!
I am a travel nurse who took an assignment in SD for the summer and was wanting to live at the beach! The location is absolutely perfect. I biked between Mission Beach, Crown Point, and all of PB. Just 15 minutes from downtown SD, Point Loma, and La Jolla with easy access to I-5. Included cable, wifi, beach towels, chairs, and the most comfortable beds and pillows!

Perfect in every way!
This place is absolutely perfect. It is in a 3-block radius from the beach, the bay, and every restaurant imaginable. It is so organized; everything is labeled and there is an alphabetized binder with an answer to any question you might have. All the amenities are top of the line. KA is wonderful to rent from and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Home away from home!
We stayed at KA's beach cottage from December to March and loved every minute. Bathroom was newly updated…floors and windows were all newly installed… all the rooms had remote controlled ceiling fans for warm days and a wall mounted gas furnace for cold days. The climate was so ideal we hardly had to use either. KA is great to work with.

Perfect long-term furnished rental!
This beach cottage was the perfect accommodation for my extended stay in San Diego. It is evident that the owner has put a lot of thought and love into the cottage and wants to make sure that her guests have the best possible experience. This place was perfect for travel nurses…it came equipped with everything we could need, and in perfect condition upon our arrival…so close to both PB and Mission bay! We walked or rode our bikes everywhere! It was very obvious Kelly Ann she takes pride in the cottage. Absolutely perfect hidden beach gem!
Kelly Ann’s property is absolutely perfect. The unit itself is not only fully furnished but has everything you could need. From linens…fully stocked kitchen…adorably decorated. There is a front yard, private back yard, a grill, the perfect place to hang out. I feel like I found a hidden gem with this stay and would highly recommend it!
